About Nutrition & Diet Modification

Dr. Nadia is well versed in nutrition, digestive health, and detoxification.  She studied nutrition at Logan Chiropractic College and also took additional training through the Loomis Institiute where she became a certified Internal Health Specialist.  She will offer a full dietary and nutritional assessment and consultation before recommending any products offered by Standard Process, Designs for Health, and Chirozyme.

During the initial assessment, Dr. Nadia will discuss your symptoms as well as your health goals to find the best natural choices. Often times diet modification is necessary and a great way to kick-start this is through a Cleanse or Detoxification. This is the easiest and fastest way to “re-set” your body.  Dr. Nadia focuses primarily on healing the digestive system as there is a huge link between the immune system and the digestive system. Many diseases can be traced back to poor gut function and through diet and supplementation the inflammation of the gut can be reduced leading to better overall health.
